We’re here to help. Whether you’re a seasoned landlord wanting to identify weak links in your current portfolio or looking at your first investment.

Our ethos is very much around working with high quality landlords that wish to attract the highest quality tenants.  Our entire service is geared to achieving this goal.

Property management…

Once the tenant moves in, we have a dedicated team looking after your property on a day to day basis. Your dedicated property manager will be your main point of contact throughout the tenancy and will make sure the tenancy runs smoothly.

The tenant will also speak to your property manager if they have any issues throughout the tenancy period and this relationship is key to a successful tenancy and keeping those lines of communication open.

We use FixFlo, which is a great system for reporting property maintenance issues for tenants and for contractors to submit quotes and report progress on works. Using this technology enables us to keep all maintenance issues under control and ensure everyone is kept up to date.

We also inspect our managed properties regularly to ensure that they are being looked after and to touch base with the tenants to see if there are issues and we can then deal with them promptly.

In summary, we manage everything related to your property so that you don’t have to worry. You pay us to do that and we want to ensure we do an amazing job for you and the tenants.

Finding the right tenants……

Mr Green does their utmost to make sure you have the right tenants in your property.

We use the industries leading provider of tenant referencing, Homelet to fully reference all the prospective tenants using our strict criteria to make sure they fit the bill.

The key to any successful tenancy is finding the right tenants but it is important to remember that the references are a snap shot in time and at Mr Green we always recommend that a Landlord uses rent protection to protect what is potentially your biggest asset. Before any tenant moves in we make sure that the references are complete, you are happy with them and we have completed any right to rent checks/identification checks that need doing. We also make sure, in consultation with you, that the property is ready, and anything agreed before the tenancy starts has been completed.

We do our best to make sure the Landlord and tenant are happy from the start of a tenancy to the end and this means that the tenancy starts in a positive manner and finishes in the same manner. We believe communication and customer service are key – If these are in place then everybody is happy and we can work our magic.
