So why are the savviest of savvy no longer relying on it when looking to move? It’s too slow and buyers are finding themselves often too late to the party for the truly great properties.
Rightmove is an exceptional tool for researching the market, but for truly motivated buyers, it’s seemingly not enough.
So what are they doing instead? They’re registering with agents first and foremost and have efficient systems for monitoring communication so as not to miss the best opportunities/properties.
