If I’m being 100% honest, in general, a for sale board is better advertising for our business than it is for a specific property sale.
Is it worth having one? Unless you really want to keep your sale secret from your neighbours, it certainly is. We’ve sold properties specifically from board enquiries. Why risk missing out? If you’re planning on selling, commit 100% to that sale.
Personally, I’m always motivated to put a sold slip on a for sale board and I would guess a lot of owner operated agencies are too.
