Wondering if today you'll pop in the paddle board for a bit of exercise, run the rib up to the Beach House on Mudeford Spit for a bite to eat... or if it's a calm day, shoot over to the Isle of Wight for a glass of Rose and some food with a view?

The bungalow has 3-beds, 2-baths, a really cool open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room to the rear along with a utility/storage room.

Location wise you're a short walk into the centre of Christchurch and directly on the river.
