Location
Bad = Looking anywhere. Not fussed on location.
Okay = Looking in specific postcode.
Good = Looking in X postcode, between X and Y roads. Within walking distance of such and such, on a quiet road. My favourite roads are X Road and Y Roads or similar feel to that. Important things to me are walking to a shop, bus-stop, etc. etc.
Best = A list of all the roads you’d like to live on + the above.
