We’ve run a campaign for the previous five years that has generated some brilliant results for our clients. There are a few key areas that we can take advantage of.
- Christmas Day and Boxing Day are the two busiest days of the year for people searching for property (huge demand).
- Huge numbers of people take their property off the market over Xmas (reduced supply).
- Huge numbers of sellers hold off putting their property on the market as we get closer to Christmas, giving an even lower number of available properties for buyers to look at (even further reduced supply).
So how do we take advantage of the above? We put your property on the market on Xmas Eve. This drops your home on the market in to the busiest time of the year for buyers looking whilst combined with the period where there are the fewest houses available. It’s a double whammy. Supply and demand nailed.
We don’t carry out any viewings until the start of the new year. Nobody wants to be disturbed over Christmas! But we do qualify all the leads that come in over these key days so we are ahead of everybody else and ready to go.
