Market thoughts for 2013.

Looking back, 2012 was a very good year for Mr. Green.  We’re very lucky in Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch in that there are a lot of people that wish to move here.  The market was very low on instructions throughout the year and with limited choice of property to purchase for buyers, this kept prices fairly strong, especially with houses below £500,000.

Looking forward to 2013 and I think we’ll see a pretty even year.  If you wish to sell a good property in a good road, someone will pay you a handsome price for it.  Should you wish to sell a quirky flat with no garden in a peculiar road AND get very strong money for it, you  will probably be disappointed.

If you’re thinking about selling in 2013 my advice would be to get on with it. I can’t see too much changing over the next few years with prices and demand is there right now.
