Below a million the market is still moving and i see this continuing till the start of November. Thes buyers are definitely more cautious and really looking for a deal. The fun with this is that traditionally people who are looking to sell seaview properties and people looking to buy seaview properties neither party really needs to sell or buy, so it comes down to who wants it more.
